We give you the option of weekly, bi-monthly or monthly visits which include visual inspections and many extras. We provide photographs and comments about your home including any needed repairs. This can include adjusting thermostat, checking plumbing and any issues needing attention.

Home Services

We provide general home services to help ease the stress of taking care of your lake home. Our services can include gathering your mail, adjusting your thermostat, moving trash for pickup, changing batteries in smoke detectors, checking furnace filters, maintaining batteries on cars and recreational vehicles, bringing packages in, and monitoring projects/vendors. We can also provide plant and flower watering, moving packages delivered into your garage/home, alarm response (after law enforcement).

We are also partnered with many quality local businesses in the area who can provide other home services for our clients. Our partnerships are always growing but we’re currently partnered with landscapers, plumbers, electricians, contractors, welders, cleaning, and pest control services. Request a home service and we will take care of the rest. Ensuring it’s done right and on time.

Winter Services

The winter months can be harsh on homes but we’re here to keep your home protected. Our winter vendors include snow plowing, roof leaks, tree work, and starting up cars/maintaining batteries. We can also monitor your homes HVAC system and thermostat.

Storm Services

Michigan storms can hit quick and unexpectedly, sometimes causing unfortunate damage to homes and property. We can provide quick inspections on homes after storms to ensure your home is safe and secure. We can even help arrange for damage mitigation with local contractors.
