Weekly Home Visits
Our team makes visual inspections of your house at your chosen intervals. The inspection includes a walk around of your home plus visual inspection of any issues. After the inspection you will receive current photographs of your home noting any items needing attention. Need us to check on something specifically? Send us us a message and we will check it during the next visit and report back.
Service Add-On’s
Trash
$20/week
With our trash services you never need to worry about getting your trash out on time. Our team will wheel out your trash and recycling to the pickup spot and return it back to your home every week.
Boat Detailing

Complete inside/outside detailing services for you boat. Ask for an estimate for a one time, weekly, or monthly detailing.
Mail Pickup
$100/month
Make sure your mail is safe with our mail pickup service. We will send a team to secure your mail every week on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. We will drop off your mail on your return date.
Weekend Boat Reset

Our partners can make your weekends pain free. Enjoy the lake and friends and stop dealing with the cleaning and fueling of your watercraft.
Post weekend resets can include removing trash, cleaning the interior, and refueling.
Package Handling
$20/per visit
Keep your packages safe with our package handling service. Any time you’re receiving a package, contact our team to move it into your home or garage. (Weight not to exceed 50lbs)
Security Alarm Response
$50/occurrence
After law enforcements initial response, we will assist in securing home and contacting home owner for further instructions.

Post Storm Reset

Wondering if your dock made it through the storm or if your chairs are still on your deck? Following a storm we send a team member out to check on your home and make sure everything is as you left it. We can also coordinate clean up of branches and debris.
